During the discovery phase we will begin with an in-depth Q&A session.  This intense study of your business, your goals, your audience and your expectations for your project will help us build a customized strategy for your new website.  Based on these initial conversations we will draft a discovery document that will become the project’s road map, both for your internal stakeholders and for our team. While execution is key, analysis and planning is critical to successful execution.

Detail Goals
We will work with you to outline your high level goals. What do you want to get from your new site or site redesign?  How will we gauge success?

Determine Target Markets
A critical factor to successful social marketing is determining your target market. While you’ll want to reach as many potential customers as possible, the key is conversion – turning engagement into sales.

Determine and Analyze Competitors
We will determine who your competitors might be and will analyze their tactics to see how we can improve on their methods. We will also assess who they are reaching and how.

Measuring Success
We will measure the success of your strategy based upon your goals. During this phase, we will also organize your site information structure at a high level.  Based on your content and the information outlined in the discovery document, we will develop a site architecture that reflects your goal of ease of navigation throughout the site. The site architecture defines key site elements, main content areas and the overall navigation approach.

When the strategy is complete, you will have a comprehensive plan that we will use to develop your website or you can take to the web developer of your choice.
